These terms and conditions apply to the KPSS Soru Bankası mobile application and any related services operated by Kıvanç Arslan (collectively, the "Application"). Kıvanç Arslan is hereby referred to as the "Service Provider".
By downloading, accessing, or using the Application, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before using the Application.
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, the Service Provider grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the Application on a mobile device for personal, non-commercial educational purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Application, except as expressly permitted by applicable law.
The Application is an independent educational tool created to assist users in preparing for the KPSS exam. The Service Provider is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to ÖSYM or any official government agency. While we strive to ensure the accuracy of test questions and answers, the Application is provided on an "AS IS" basis without warranties of any kind regarding accuracy or fitness for a particular purpose.
The Service Provider retains all intellectual property rights in the Application, including its source code, design, features, branding, and original content. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right to use the Service Provider's trademarks or logos without prior written consent.
The Application may offer paid features, premium content, or auto-renewable subscriptions. Payments will be processed through your Apple App Store or Google Play Store account. Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel your subscriptions at any time via your App Store or Play Store account settings. All refunds are subject to the policies of Apple or Google.
If the Application allows you to post comments, questions, or interact with other users, you agree not to post content that is unlawful, abusive, defamatory, harassing, infringes intellectual property rights, or contains malware/spam.
The Service Provider reserves the right to moderate, hide, or remove non-compliant content and suspend accounts that repeatedly violate these rules. You can report inappropriate content or block users directly in-app or by contacting destek@kpsstestcozum.com.tr.
The Application utilizes third-party services that have their own Terms and Conditions:
The Service Provider may update the Application periodically to maintain compatibility or add features. You may need to download updates to continue using the Application. The Service Provider reserves the right to cease offering or supporting the Application at any time with reasonable notice where feasible.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the Service Provider shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use or inability to use the Application. Nothing in these Terms limits consumer rights under mandatory local laws.
If the Application falls under the EU Digital Services Act (Regulation (EU) 2022/2065):
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Service Provider is established, without giving effect to conflict of law principles, subject to mandatory local consumer protection legal provisions.
